Worship

Worship is central to everything we do at All Saints.

Aim

We believe in great worship in which we are open to the ministry of the Holy Spirit and a dynamic encounter with God. We seek to serve the Church by enabling the whole congregation to be involved in worship. We also believe that God wants talented musicians and singers to express their gifts in the worship. But worship is much more than music and we encourage people to express their worship to God in many other ways.

Musicians

We have around 30 musicians or singers who are regularly involved in our Sunday services on a rota basis. If you are a musician or singer we hold monthly open rehearsals on the 1st Monday of the month giving us the opportunity to worship together as team, practice our skills and learn new songs.

All Saints Choir

The All Saints Choir is made up of member of the Church, wonderfully reflecting the diversity we enjoy here. The choir sings in a gospel style and leads worship for the morning service on the last Sunday of the month. We rehearse together every Thursday at 7:30 in the church. The choir also sings at various other events such as the Christmas carol service.

Worship Teaching

Once each term the worship team will meet together to receive some teaching on worship and to pray and worship together. Also the team will meet together for a social gathering like a curry night or BBQ to build friendships. We also regularly attend worship conferences as a worship team such as Worship Central as well running our in-house musician and singer workshops.

Technical Team

At All Saints we have a team of dedicated volunteers who man the sound and audio visual desks for our services and other events. No previous experience is required as full training is given.
