Training

You will receive in-house training from experienced mission practitioners who will teach on youth and children's work, cross-cultural relations, serving the socially excluded and outreach to Muslims. These sessions are primarily delivered during a two induction period at the beginning of September but regular weekly training sessions are also carried out in the individual ministry areas.

You will also attend St Paul's Theological College every week where you will receive training in theology and Christian ministry, earning credits towards a Certificate, Diploma or BA Degree in Contextual Theology.

So whilst on the PUMP scheme you will team practical experience with outstanding theological training which will equip you to serve God whilst you are on the scheme and in the future.
